    The Concierge Agent will provide genuine, warm and exceptional service to our guests, during their arrival, stay and departure, while adhering to the standards of LHW and Hotel Granduca.

    Responsibilities

    Promptly greet guests and assist with all requests in a gracious, warm and courteous manner
    Maintain visibility in the Front Office area and at the Concierge desk to create the perfect arrival experience
    Maintain communication with guests to ensure all special requests and needs are met
    Assist with timely deliveries of Lost & Found, amenities and packages to guest rooms
    Demonstrate a professional and cordial demeanor that exemplifies the standards and culture of LHW and Hotel Granduca standards
    Actively engage in guest recovery situations and follow up to final resolution
    Assist the Front Office and Valet teams as required
    Maintain communication with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    Assist with special reservations and suggest attractions and points of interest
    Practice the 3 Steps of Service and Hotel Core Values
    Adhere to the hotel policies, F/S laws and Standards of Appearance
    Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, special offers, hours of operations
    Maintain knowledge of room types, local area, places of interest, attractions, sites, restaurants
    Demonstrate passion for job and take ownership of guest issues and concerns
    Assist with purchase and delivery of items to guests in a prompt and efficient manner
    Cater to the guests' needs while maintaining a professional and cordial demeanor
    Maintain a clean and tidy desk, work area and Concierge storage area
    Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
    At least one year experience as a Concierge or guest service agent in a full service or luxury hotel
    Passion for the role that reflects the culture and service standards of LHW and Hotel Granduca
    Excellent command of English, verbal and written
    Bilingual - Spanish/English an asset
    Excellent email and telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

    Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups from diverse ethnic backgrounds
    A warm, approachable, calm and professional demeanor with a sense of urgency to fullfill guests' needs
    Excellent comprehension skills and ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
    Ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills and attention to detail
    Extensive network of contacts nad vendors, knowledge of local area and hotel and amenities
    Ability to push, pull, carry up to 60 lbs
    Ability to provide directions, recommendations and resources to enable successful fulfillment of guest requests
    Knowledge of local attractions, exhibits, shows, concerts, entertainment, shopping and other activities
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Must be able to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays, based on business demands
