    The PM Turndown Attendant is responsible for creating a warm and relaxing ambiance by providing genuine, personalized care and service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Adhere to the proper turndown procedures to convert the guest room into a comfortable and relaxing retreat 
    • Maintain and replenish linen, supplies and amenities in guestrooms
    • Refresh the beds, replace towels, clean rooms, replenish sundry items including water, coffee, tea, ice
    • Clean room and replace linens if necessary
    • Create the proper ambiance by ensuring lighting and music are at acceptable levels according to the LHW guidelines
    • Deliver Lost & Found items to the Loss Prevention Office in a timely manner
    • Follow safety and sanitation procedures  for all aspects of the position, including personal safety as well as work safety
    • Respect the privacy of guests and maintain confidentiality of information
    • Ensure proper procedures are followed when entering a guest room 
    • Adhere to hotel, OSHA and applicable laws and regulations
    • Report any unsafe conditions or unusual activities to manager or Loss Prevention
    • Maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance and demeanor according to Hotel Granduca standards

    • Practice the Hotel Core Values and 3 Steps of Service

    • Remember guests' names and special requests and address guests by name 
    • Communicate with supervisor to ensure timelines are met
    • Assist team to ensure rooms are ready for guests
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year housekeeping experience in a full-service or luxury hotel 
    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

    • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills 

    • Good command of English and ability to understand instructions, verbal and written
    • Bilingual - English/Spanish - preferred
    • Must demonstrate a pleasant and cordial demeanor
    • Ability to effectively perform job with minimum supervision
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Ability to stand, bend, reach, crouch, walk, use both hands, see, touch, hear, smell
    • Ability to push, pull or carry up to 30 lbs. frequently
    • Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service

    • Must be able to work primarily PM shifts including weekends and holidays

    • May be required to work AM shift based on business demands
