The Front Desk Agent will receive our guests in a warm and engaging manner, assisting with a flawless check-in and check-out process. The Front Desk Agent will also perform billing and cashiering tasks as well as handling any guest requests, in accordance with Hotel Granduca service standards and procedures.
Minimum 1 year experience in a hospitality or customer service environment required
Prior night audit experience an asset
Must demonstrate excelllent communication skills and good command of English
